Our signature restaurant is built on what the north gives—Arctic char and vendace from the lake, slow-cooked reindeer, forest mushrooms, wild herbs and cloudberries from the bogs. Rye bread comes out of the oven all day, the open fire never quite goes out, and the room looks straight across the ice from beside the casino hotel lobby.
